These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88pgame ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88pgame website located at https://88pgame.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the 88pgame Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active 88pgame account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88pgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 88pgame is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 88pgame support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. 88pgame is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 88pgame support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to closure, subject to KYC completion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88pgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved Philippine payment channels, which may include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local banking options as made available on the Platform from time to time. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be credited to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your 88pgame account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used. 88pgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verified, most withdrawals are processed within a reasonable timeframe. 4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. The use of third-party payment methods or funds sourced from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 88pgame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by 88pgame are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods — form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 88pgame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to claim multiple bonuses in breach of this rule.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 88pgame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and balances forfeited.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Offers. 88pgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 88pgame and do not constitute a contractual entitlement.

6.1 Game Availability. The games available on the 88pgame Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and bingo — are provided by third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pgame Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 88pgame staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the 88pgame Platform — including but not limited to the 88pgame brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88pgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 88pgame.

9.3 Third-Party Services. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.

9.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 88pgame is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and for managing your gaming activity within your personal financial means.

9.5 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 88pgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88pgame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88pgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

13.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88pgame with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
